With Summer around the corner, this is the perfect time to share some summer-themed activities for you to use with your preschool and school-aged students.
Some schools will soon be ending for the summer, and some of you will continue to work during Extended School Year. You can also start using summer-themed telepractice activities for your end-of-year speech therapy sessions. If you are looking for activities to share with your families for carryover, you can learn more about sharing Boom Cards™ in my Boom Cards™ Simplified blog post. If you need more help with using or creating your own Boom Cards™, check out my Boom Basics Workshop.
Please know that I do not endorse any of these websites below (with the exception of www.telepracticetools.com) nor do I receive any commissions if you choose to use or subscribe to any of these sites. While many of these are FREE materials readily available to everyone on the worldwide web, you may need to create an account to access some activities if you do not already have one (e.g., Boom Learning℠).
Before we get to the list, here are a couple quick tips:
- If you need stimulus items to accompany any of the general reinforcers, I like to use www.homespeechhome.com or their mobile World Vault app.
- Use CTRL+F (Windows) or COMMAND+F (Mac) to quickly search for your desired grade level in this post. Enter your grade level or goal area, and all of the activities that match your search on this page will be highlighted. Enjoy!
