Fall is here! As we say goodbye to summer and welcome the crisp, colorful days of autumn, it’s the perfect time to bring seasonal themes into your speech therapy sessions. Whether you work in early intervention, preschool, or with school-aged children, using fall-themed speech therapy activities can spark engagement and make learning more fun.
This post shares 50+ Fall Speech Therapy Telepractice Activities you can easily integrate into your sessions. From pumpkin patches and apple orchards to leaves and harvest fun, you’ll find activities that help your students meet their goals while celebrating the season.

Preschool Fall Speech Therapy Telepractice Activities

Elementary Speech Therapy Telepractice Activities

As of November 2025, ABCYA no longer offers all of its games and activities for free. There is a list of free weekly games, but the entire library of games is included in the paid subscription options. These activities can be used to target articulation, language, and fluency goals. For preschool children who are working on expanding their utterances or vocabulary, they can use activities such as Dress for the Weather to request the “red shirt” or say “Can I have red shirt?” For older elementary students working on articulation, they can read the word lists and then form their own sentences using target words in an activity such as Thanksgiving Word Search.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR KIDS: HIDDEN PICTURES
These activities can be used to play “I Spy” to work on vocabulary and describing. “I spy something that swims and has fins.” You can also have fun finding the target items that the children describe, “It is on the squirrel’s shirt.”
PINK CAT GAMES
PinkCatGames.com has a variety of themed activities that are perfect for speech therapy teletherapy sessions. You can address articulation, language, fluency, or use the games for general reinforcement activities. It is great for preschool through middle school. Just be sure the select age-appropriate games.
